We are looking for a Technical Product Owner who can help us on our journey. The mission is simple: make journeys easy and more enjoyable for customers. This is a chance to influence people’s lives and make daily journeys easier and more fun.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and deliver the roadmap for backend services in the loyalty program and customer communication domain
• Work with Product Managers, Business Owners and Business Stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into backlog items for the Scrum Team
• Build better cooperation with other development teams and act as a team front person
• Take responsibility for team outcome, set priorities and monitor issue status

Requirements

• At least 3 years of proven experience in product and management responsibilities, leading product backlogs, managing epic roadmaps, and setting development and delivery milestones
• At least 5 years of experience as a Business/System Analyst or Software Developer, with the ability to understand backend services, APIs and architecture
• Experience and a proven track record of leading international digitalization projects with high complexity and top-management attention
• Strong business acumen and analytical mindset, from high-level design to details and edge cases; interest in technology, observability and metrics for products and services
• Strong customer focus
• Experience in agile projects with many dependencies, collaborating with a Scrum Team, Engineering Manager and architects; working knowledge of SAFe is a plus
• Strong hands-on knowledge of Jira, Confluence and the Software Development Life Cycle, from requirements analysis to quality assurance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, critical thinking and decision-making abilities
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Excellent written and spoken Polish; the team works in Polish day to day
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering, or equivalent industry experience
• Prior experience with cloud technologies, including Azure, is a plus
