Senior Business Analyst – Coupa Procurement (f/m/x)

We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join the Business Procurement Solutions team within the Procurement Transformation & Governance department. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and enhance procurement operations.

Tasks

• Conduct comprehensive analysis of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform to identify optimization opportunities.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specifications.
• Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus across teams.
• Develop and maintain process maps, business workflows, and solution documentation to support system implementations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and provide guidance to project teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver transformation initiatives.
• Support solution design, implementation, and change management activities for successful adoption of new processes.
• Contribute to testing activities, including preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validating business requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to lead requirement gathering and stakeholder management.
• Strong expertise in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform and business analysis methodologies.
• Demonstrated track record of delivering business transformation initiatives and driving process improvements.
• Good understanding of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, bridging business and technical teams.
• Professional business analysis certification such as CBAP or CCBA is highly desirable.
• Advanced level of English.
