We are looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join our Business Procurement Solutions team within the Procurement Transformation & Governance department. In this role, you will conduct comprehensive analyses of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform, identifying opportunities for optimization and efficiency improvements. You will work in a hybrid setup, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive transformation initiatives and enhance procurement operations. If you are passionate about leveraging data and improving business processes, this opportunity may be the right fit for you.Your tasksConducting comprehensive analysis of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) business processes and the Coupa platform to identify optimization opportunitiesEliciting, analyzing, and documenting business requirements, translating them into clear functional and technical specificationsFacilitating workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather requirements and build consensus across teamsDeveloping and maintaining process maps, business workflows, and solution documentation to support system implementationsActing as a subject matter expert for procurement processes and providing guidance to project teams and stakeholdersCollaborating with cross-functional teams in an international environment to deliver transformation initiativesSupporting solution design, implementation, and change management activities for successful adoption of new processesContributing to testing activities, including preparing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) scenarios and validating business requirementsRequirementsMinimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a proven ability to lead requirement gathering and stakeholder managementStrong expertise in the Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) platform and business analysis methodologiesDemonstrated track record of delivering business transformation initiatives and driving process improvementsGood understanding of insurance industry processes and regulatory requirementsExcellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills, bridging business and technical teamsProfessional business analysiCoupa P2Ps certification such as CBAP or CCBA is highly desirableAdvanced level of English
