Project

You will work on a financial project focused on developing and continuously improving a modern technology platform through automation, DevOps practices, and advanced system administration. You will contribute to automation initiatives, platform self-healing capabilities, and migration activities in a collaborative SAFe Scrum environment.

Responsibilities

Design and implement automation processes using CI/CD technologies and procedures
Explore and integrate AI technologies to support self-healing platform capabilities
Create comprehensive technical documentation for end users, engineers, and architects
Provide advanced troubleshooting and Linux system administration support
Collaborate effectively within a SAFe Scrum framework
Drive innovative solutions to complex technical challenges and continuous platform improvement

Expected competences and knowledge

Experience with Agile/Scrum, preferably in a SAFe environment
RHCSA certification or extensive hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux 8+
Hands-on experience with GCE and VMware-to-GCE migration
Experience with Red Hat Satellite patch management and automation
Advanced Bash scripting skills and proficiency in Python or Perl
Extensive experience with Ansible and configuration management
Proficiency with Git and Jira
Advanced troubleshooting and technical problem-solving capabilities
Strong communication skills for technical documentation and effective collaboration
Innovative mindset and ability to propose creative technical solutions
Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills with a high degree of team engagement

Nice to have

Knowledge of VMware virtualization technologies
Experience with network administration and configuration
Experience with Windows system integration
