DevOps Engineer

Salary: 900–1000 PLN/day on B2B

Work model: Hybrid from Gdańsk, with 2–3 days per week in the office

Project

This role is for someone who values collaboration, ownership, passion, and courage. You will build systems from scratch, work closely with the business, and influence technical and solution-level decisions while optimizing business processes through automated solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable infrastructure supporting Loan IQ
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation workflows
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure end-to-end process automation
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements using modern monitoring tools
• Integrate systems and optimize workflows for seamless loan application and approval procedures

Expected competences and knowledge

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Economics, Finance, Mathematics, or a similar field
• Several years of DevOps experience with expertise in CI/CD tools and cloud technologies
• Strong understanding of financial services workflows and core banking concepts
• Proficiency in scripting languages, SQL, and monitoring tools
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with loan processing or banking systems
• Advanced knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies
• Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams
