About the Role
This is a senior, hands-on sales position for someone who has spent two decades selling software and technology services and has the network to prove it. You will own strategic deals end-to-end, open doors that cold outreach cannot, and work alongside the SDR team, technical pre-sales experts, and leadership to convert opportunities into long-term client relationships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the full sales cycle for strategic opportunities: prospecting through your network, discovery, solution shaping, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
- Sell across two complementary offerings: technology and engineering services, and StackRails' developer-productivity platform.
- Leverage and expand your existing network of decision-makers, including CEOs, CTOs, CIOs, and VPs of Engineering, in Poland and internationally.
- Partner with the SDR function, which delivers qualified leads and meeting pipeline, and with senior technical experts who support demos and solution design.
- Build and manage a healthy pipeline in the CRM, with clear forecasting and reporting to leadership.
- Represent the offerings at industry events and in the market.
- Contribute to sales strategy, positioning, and go-to-market decisions as a senior voice in the commercial team.
What We Are Looking For
- Approximately 20 years of experience in software, IT services, or technology sales, with a consistent track record of closing significant B2B deals.
- Strong, active professional network in Poland, with knowledge of the market, buyers, and key players.
- Native or near-native English for daily sales to international clients.
- Experience selling to technical buyers, including CTOs and VPs of Engineering, and executive or financial stakeholders, including CEOs and CFOs.
- Comfort operating in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment where you shape the playbook rather than inherit one.
- Based in Poland, with the right to work without sponsorship.
- Swedish is a strong advantage, as a meaningful part of the client base and network is in the Nordics.
What Is in It for You
- A senior commercial role with real influence on strategy and direction.
- Trips and tech events twice a quarter at major technology events.
- Two offerings to sell: established technology services and a modern developer-productivity product with a compelling ROI story.
- A performance-based bonus structure rewarding your role across the deal lifecycle.
- SDR pipeline generation, a lead research team, technical pre-sales support, and marketing materials.
- Competitive salary and benefits.
- Career development opportunities.
- Continuous learning through mentorship, internal training, and certifications.
- Flexible, agile work environment.
- Office perks, including coffee, tea, fresh fruit, and snacks.
- Flat management structure where your voice matters.
