Role Summary

Lead a cross-functional development team responsible for delivering high-quality software products, driving technical excellence, team performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and develop software engineers while fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous learning.
  • Drive end-to-end software delivery aligned with business goals, architecture standards, and quality expectations.
  • Define and enforce software development best practices, including coding standards, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps processes.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.
  • Oversee sprint planning, backlog refinement, and delivery tracking to deliver predictable, high-quality outcomes.
  • Identify technical risks, manage dependencies, and remove blockers.
  • Ensure system performance, scalability, and security through sound architectural and engineering practices.
  • Support hiring, onboarding, and performance management.
  • Act as a key contact between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Promote innovation and continuous improvement across processes, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications & Skills

Required

  • Strong software development background, such as Java or similar ecosystems.
