Position Summary

Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma 74146
Schedule: Full-time onsite at the client office
Salary: $60,000–$75,000 per year

Join as an Onsite IT Engineer supporting a healthcare client environment by resolving technical issues, assisting end users, and maintaining smooth day-to-day business operations.

You will provide hands-on technical support, troubleshoot a wide variety of issues, and act as a trusted onsite technology resource.

Functions of the Onsite IT Engineer

  • Provide prompt and effective onsite support for end-user issues.
  • Troubleshoot technology issues directly with client users.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Take ownership of support requests through resolution or escalation.
  • Maintain ticket documentation and time tracking.
  • Manage support requests via calls, chat, email, and onsite interactions.
  • Escalate complex technical issues with detailed documentation.
  • Assist with software installations, deployments, upgrades, and infrastructure support.
  • Coordinate with third-party vendors.
  • Support executive and senior leadership users.
  • Train end users on supported systems and IT processes.
  • Mentor junior technicians and contribute to technical knowledge sharing.

Technical Responsibilities

  • Enterprise Desktop and Device Support: Support Windows and macOS devices, printers, scanners, monitors, docking stations, mobile devices, and peripherals.
  • Microsoft 365 Administration and Troubleshooting: Manage Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, user access, and licensing.
  • Support Ticket Ownership: Resolve and document tickets using ConnectWise.
  • Network and Connectivity Support: Troubleshoot DNS, DHCP, Wi‑Fi, VPN, internet access, and firewall-related issues.
  • Windows and Virtual Server Support: Support Windows environments, Active Directory, hosted resources, and user permissions.
  • Healthcare Application Support: Support EMR, EHR, and healthcare software while coordinating with vendors.
  • End-User Training: Guide users through technology best practices and IT tasks.
  • Executive IT Support: Deliver responsive and professional support for leadership users.
  • Onsite Client Support: Maintain a strong onsite presence and build trusted client relationships.

Education and Experience Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 2–3 years of help desk, desktop support, or advanced technical support experience required.
  • Previous MSP experience required.
  • Healthcare IT experience preferred.
  • Experience using ConnectWise preferred.
  • Professional communication and onsite support experience required.
