🏢 Summary: Contract Product Manager role (18 months) focused on delivering measurable product outcomes for a technically complex B2B SaaS performance marketing analytics platform. The role covers end-to-end product work from discovery and quantitative analysis to iterative delivery and post-release monitoring, while contributing to product strategy. Requires navigating tracking, attribution, and API-driven integrations in a high-stakes client environment. 🗂️ Requirements: 3+ years Product Manager experience in B2B SaaS, End-to-end product delivery from discovery to post-launch iteration, Experience with technically complex products (analytics, adtech, martech, tracking, payments, devtools), Direct experience with affiliate tracking or performance marketing platforms, Ability to perform quantitative analysis independently, Hands-on experience with product analytics tools, Experience managing backlogs and product documentation tools, Fluent written and spoken English 📃 Skills: SQL, Mixpanel, Amplitude, YouTrack, Jira, Confluence, Figma, FigJam, Analytics, APIs, Tracking, Attribution, SaaS, AI 🏢 Description: Voluum is hiring a Product Manager to join the Voluum PM team. You will be responsible for delivering specific product outcomes aligned with the company's strategic priorities. The scope you work on will be shaped by strategy and may shift over time as priorities evolve. You will also contribute to product strategy itself, working alongside the Voluum leadership team to define what those outcomes should be. Voluum is a B2B SaaS performance marketing analytics platform (part of Team Internet Group) serving a diverse client base across affiliate marketing, performance agencies, in-house media buyers, and iGaming operators. The product combines technical complexity (tracking scripts, postbacks, redirects, API integrations, conversion attribution) with high stakes for client outcomes. PMs at Voluum are expected to navigate that complexity confidently. This role is a contract role for around 18 months. Key Responsibilities Deliver product outcomes. Take ownership of specific outcomes assigned to you based on current strategy: discovery, prioritization, solution shaping with Design, technical scoping with Engineering, defining the smallest meaningful increment to ship, phased rollouts, and post-release monitoring. The product area, surface, or initiative behind each outcome will vary, and you should be comfortable ramping up quickly on new domains as priorities shift. Contribute to product strategy. Work alongside the Voluum leadership team and other PMs to shape the product roadmap. Bring evidence-based input from discovery, data, and customer signals into strategic discussions. Translate strategic direction into concrete initiatives, outcomes, and trade-offs. Run end-to-end product work. Customer-problem discovery (interviews, workshops, support ticket reviews, support/sales input), quantitative analysis to validate qualitative signals, 1-pagers and PRDs, backlog management in YouTrack, decision documentation on Confluence, and structured product updates to internal stakeholders. Collaborate cross-functionally. Partner daily with Engineering, Design, Support, AM/CS, and Marketing. Product communication is in English. Ship iteratively. Voluum's delivery culture favors small, sharp releases with phased rollouts, Skills, Knowledge & Expertise 3+ years as a Product Manager in B2B SaaS. Track record of delivering measurable product outcomes end-to-end, from discovery through post-launch iteration. Exposure to technically demanding products (tracking, analytics, ad tech, martech, payments, devtools, or similar). Direct experience with affiliate tracking or performance marketing platforms (e.g. Everflow, Tune, Trackdesk, AWIN or similar). Skills Solid product discovery toolkit: customer interviews, workshop facilitation, problem framing, impact vs effort prioritization. Comfortable with quantitative analysis. You can pull data yourself when needed (SQL, product analytics tools) rather than waiting for someone else to do it. Strong written communication. You can summarize a complex technical problem and a proposed solution in one page that a non-technical stakeholder can understand. Ability to ramp up quickly on unfamiliar product domains and technical concepts. Comfortable working in an iterative delivery model: scoping the smallest valuable increment, shipping in phases, and adjusting based on feedback. Hands-on with the standard PM stack: Jira/YouTrack, Confluence, Figma/FigJam, product analytics (Mixpanel, Amplitude or similar). Fluent written and spoken English. Mindset Pragmatic and outcome-oriented. You optimize for customer impact and learning velocity, not for feature output. Adaptable. You are comfortable with shifting scope and priorities, and treat context changes as a normal part of the job rather than a disruption. Bias to ownership. You pick up ambiguous problems, scope them, and drive them to a decision rather than waiting for direction. Risk-aware. Phased rollouts, internal testing, and explicit go/no-go checkpoints are your default, not exceptions. Nice to have Demonstrated use of AI tools across the PM workflow: research and synthesis, data analysis, design ideation, and managing PM artifacts (PRDs, 1-pagers, backlog hygiene, stakeholder communication). Job Benefits There are many reasons to come on board our team of talented professionals, but here are just a few… Great team!
