Job Summary
The primary focus of an Operations Assistant I is to provide administrative and operational support to the brokerage operations team in servicing client accounts and fulfilling operational requests. This role is responsible for executing routine tasks with accuracy and timeliness while learning brokerage processes, systems, and compliance requirements. As an Operations Assistant, you will contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of MA Brokerage Solutions by supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring a high level of service for internal partners and clients.
Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day operational and administrative support
- Process routine transactions such as account updates and maintenance
- Complete paperwork for client onboarding
- Maintain data integrity across systems (Junxure, Laserfiche, Aspen)
- Assist with onboarding and account setup
- Support account transfers and lifecycle events
- Respond to internal requests and escalate complex issues
- Partner with team members to complete requests

Requirements
Education
