The Service Operations Associate I supports administrative and transactional functions within the Client Service department, ensuring accurate processing of paperwork, money movement, account maintenance, and custodial interactions.

Essential Job Functions

Operational Execution

  • Process client paperwork, forms, and documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Execute wires, ACH transfers, and journal entries according to firm and custodial policies
  • Monitor and manage service requests in a centralized queue
  • Maintain transaction and communication records in CRM and custodial platforms

Custodial & Platform Coordination

  • Coordinate with custodians and third-party platforms to resolve operational issues
  • Stay current on custodial procedures, platform updates, and regulatory requirements
  • Ensure compliance with operational standards and internal controls

Team Collaboration & Support

  • Partner with Relationship Managers and Wealth Advisors to support service delivery
  • Collaborate with compliance, financial planning, and investment operations teams
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives and team meetings

Quality Assurance & Continuous Improvement

  • Identify and report operational inefficiencies
  • Assist with documenting and refining standard operating procedures
  • Support onboarding and training of team members
