Position Summary

As a Blackbird Medical Services Residency Manager, you will provide clinical and operational leadership for the PMHNP Residency Program while delivering clinical care to your own caseload of patients. This is a practicing clinical leadership role.

You will oversee day-to-day clinical residency operations across clinic locations, directly supervise and precept psychiatric nurse practitioner residents, and lead staff development through training, seminars, and ongoing clinical education.

You will guide residents in building high-quality caseloads, achieving productivity milestones, and mastering evidence-based practices. The role also includes facilitating resident tracking, supporting curriculum development, and co-managing academic relationships and student clinical rotations.
