  • Collaborative & Independent: Thrives in a team environment and can also work independently with an ownership mindset.

How you'll make an impact

Answer questions, track down information, and ensure families feel supported with transparency and follow-up.
  • Navigate the Care Journey: Guide patients and families through the care model, including scheduling and confirming appointments (initial evaluations and ongoing therapy/medication checks). Manage a specific group of providers, ensure appropriate scheduling, and handle administrative tasks such as managing provider orders, screenings, and scheduling.
  • In-Office Support: Maintain a welcoming and professional in-office environment by supporting patients and providers in person, managing mail, restocking supplies, opening and closing the office, and ensuring the physical space supports a positive experience.
