Our Properties

We manage a portfolio of vintage, market-rate properties ranging from 12 to 191 units. We are hiring one leasing agent for approximately 700 units across Lockport, North Tonawanda, Hamburg, and Buffalo. The highest concentration of these properties is located in Lockport and North Tonawanda, each featuring a dedicated local leasing office.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service to prospective residents
  • Lease market-rate apartments according to Fair Housing standards
  • Respond promptly to all new inquiries, converting leads to applicants
  • Manage calendar, schedule tours, and conduct showings
  • Process rental applications quickly and accurately
  • Establish rapport with tenants and provide personalized service during the move-in process
  • Verify all move-ins are fully completed, inspected, and documented
  • Collaborate with property management and maintenance to maintain high occupancy
  • Monitor listing postings and advertisements
  • Assist property manager with tenant care and retention
