As a Courier, you'll be a key part of that mission: keeping our kiosks stocked, our equipment working properly, and our program running smoothly.
We're looking for a reliable, self-motivated Courier to support our TestandGo healthcare kiosk programs. In this role you will use your personal vehicle and cell phone to complete supply restocks, maintenance and troubleshooting of kiosks across your assigned region, and serve as an on-the-ground resource to keep things running smoothly. You'll have the flexibility to work in your assigned area while meeting scheduled deadlines. This position offers mileage reimbursement and a Courier Bonus.
What You'll Do
- Plan your route to meet all delivery deadlines while complying with transportation laws.
- Safely package, transport, and deliver items to internal and external clients on time.
- Restock kiosks with correct supplies and quantities when assigned.
- Maintain an accurate up-to-date inventory of supplies kept on hand for auditing purposes.
- Perform basic kiosk function checks and relay status updates to your manager.
- Perform basic kiosk maintenance and troubleshooting using provided tools, including screwdriver-based repairs, power/cord swapping, product reconfigurations, and resolving minor operational issues in the field.
- Submit required work reports and keep leadership informed of any real-time issues affecting service.
- Coordinate supply pickups and drop-offs as program needs evolve.
- Handle specimens while following all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE when required.

What We're Looking For
- Active, valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable personal vehicle and mobile phone for use on the job.
- Basic computer and smartphone skills; comfortable with Outlook and Excel.
- Strong time management and attention to detail.
- Ability to work a flexible, as-needed schedule Monday–Saturday, excluding Holidays and Sundays.
- Ability to accept periodic shipments of supplies and equipment via delivery to home or local storage facility.
- Willingness to drive up to a two-hour radius from the assigned area as needed.
- High School Diploma or GED.

- Prior courier, delivery, or customer service experience.
Physical Requirements
- Able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, squat, and sit as needed.
- Able to lift and carry 15–20 lbs. unassisted and reach in all directions.
- Adequate vision or corrective vision for depth perception and color recognition.
- Able to perform both gross and fine motor tasks.
