Mobile Phlebotomist

About the Role

We are currently seeking a full-time Mobile Phlebotomist with strong experience working in hospitals, offices, or mobile environments. Candidates must maintain a high standard of excellence with minimal supervision.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 5:00am–2:00pm

Responsibilities

• Visit patients in their home or office
• Drive to and from appointments and drop samples off at patient service centers or laboratories
• Follow safe and accurate blood collection procedures and process specimens with a high degree of accuracy
• Adapt to a rapid, high-growth environment
• Maintain close communication with the operations and patient experience team during business hours

Requirements

• Phlebotomy certification from an accredited agency
• Minimum 1 year of phlebotomy experience (mobile phlebotomy experience preferred)
• Experience processing samples
• Certification from a national agency such as AMT, ASCP, or NCCT
• Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently or in a team environment under minimal supervision
• Reliable transportation and clean driving record
• Proof of first COVID-19 vaccine shot within 30 days of employment
