How you'll demonstrate Ownership
As a Partner Marketing Manager, you will execute go-to-market efforts and accelerate revenue growth through strategic alliances and partnerships. Reporting to the CMO, you will deploy marketing programs that enable partners, including system integrators, technology partners, and OEMs, to position, sell, and implement Cognite solutions.
This role requires strong project management, execution skills, and understanding of partner marketing within industrial AI and SaaS environments. You will collaborate with Global Alliances, Product Marketing, Field Marketing, and partners to maximize joint business outcomes.
Partner Enablement & Asset Creation
- Collaborate with partners and Product Marketing to build co-branded collateral, messaging guides, solution briefs, case studies, and digital campaign kits
- Equip partner sales and technical teams with product messaging, value propositions, and competitive intelligence
- Ensure joint materials align with brand guidelines
Demand Generation & Campaign Execution
- Design, launch, and manage joint marketing plans with prioritized partners
- Execute webinars, digital campaigns, content syndication, and partner workshops
- Drive partner activation and sponsorships for field events and the global AI and data event Impact
- Manage partner communication channels including newsletters, portals, and Slack/Teams networks
Operations & Analytics
- Utilize PRM platforms, asset management systems, and lead tracking tools
- Track campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, or alliances marketing within AI and/or B2B SaaS or enterprise software
- Strong understanding of industrial partner ecosystems including GSIs, SIs, ISVs, and OEMs
- Proven success executing demand generation campaigns across digital, event, and content channels
- Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, PRM platforms, LLMs, and AI-native martech solutions

Work with AI, not around it: You'll be expected to use AI tools throughout your entire workflow, from architecture decisions to implementation to testing. Collaborate closely: You'll work under direct supervision of a senior product leader, with regular feedback on both your thinking and your output. Grow with the best: Senior Technical Engineers will support you throughout the program, helping you navigate technical challenges and grow your engineering skills. Partnership from across the company: You'll receive additional insights from other teams including UX and AI Engineering, giving you a broad view of how great products are built end to end. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: You ship things: You've built something that you're proud to show. You know what it means to take something from zero to working. AI is how you work: You don't just use AI occasionally. You use it to think, to build, and to move faster. You know how to get what you need out of a model. You understand code: You're comfortable in at least one popular programming language or framework (React.js, Java, Python, etc.) You figure things out: When something doesn't work, you don't wait for someone to fix it. You have an open head: You are curious about how SaaS products are built, how they scale, and how real business problems get solved through software.
