Success in this Role
Success in this role looks like empowering Gravity Payments' partners through seamless integration and successful Beta launches. You'll lead by example and deliver exceptional, timely support to guide new and existing partners through our integration processes. This team also serves as a pivotal resource for our tech teams, providing escalated support for complex situations, ensuring our partners always have the backing they need.
Core Responsibilities
- Provide high-tier support to our partners' developers by supporting their environments, languages, and unique coding practices.
- Oversee and refine releases of partner integrations, ensuring seamless deployment.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive, supportive documentation for all partner integrations.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to prioritize feature requests.
- Resolve escalated issues for both internal tech support and external partners/independent software vendors with strong attention to detail and speed.
- Ensure accountability for following team processes.
- Act as a resource, offering coaching, shadowing opportunities, and invaluable feedback.
- Embody Gravity's culture and core values, leading by example.
Preferred Skills
- Familiarization with engineering coding structure and practices.
- Writes at least one language comfortably and reads many languages (C#, React, Swift, etc.).
