What is this role?
The National Account Manager (Grocery) is responsible for driving growth across key national and regional grocery accounts, including HEB, Albertsons, Target, Publix, and beyond. This role owns both new business development and the expansion of existing partnerships, with a focus on increasing distribution, velocity, and overall account performance.
You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, developing strategic plans, executing joint business planning, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring Cirkul's hydration platform to more consumers nationwide.
Driving Results
- Own revenue, distribution, and velocity targets across assigned grocery accounts
- Lead line reviews, buyer meetings, and promotional planning conversations
- Analyze POS data, syndicated data, and internal reporting to identify growth opportunities
- Build and execute joint business plans that drive measurable sales gains
- Monitor promotional performance and trade spend to maximize ROI
Taking Ownership
- Operate as the end-to-end owner of each account
- Identify risks related to inventory, supply, and performance gaps
- Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams
- Manage timelines, deliverables, and follow-ups from buyer meetings
Making Decisions
- Use data, customer insights, and financial impact to guide pricing and promotions
- Prioritize opportunities across multiple accounts
- Adjust plans based on buyer feedback and category shifts
- Balance short-term promotions with long-term growth strategies
Cultivating Relationships
- Build productive relationships with buyers and category managers
- Provide proactive ideas, category insights, and solutions
- Expand networks within customer accounts
- Represent the company in line reviews and industry events
Customer Focus
- Develop a deep understanding of retailer strategies and category dynamics
- Tailor presentations, promotions, and assortments to customer needs
- Identify opportunities to expand grocery distribution
- Visit stores regularly to assess shelf execution and shopper behavior
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in CPG sales with a focus on grocery accounts
- Experience managing national or regional retail accounts
- Experience with retailers such as HEB, Albertsons, or Target
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data
- Experience with syndicated data and category management principles
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work from the Tampa office and travel weekly
Compensation
Annual base salary range: $115,000–$135,000 USD. Additional compensation may include bonuses, incentives, and equity.

Responsibilities Design and implement highly scalable, resilient, and performant cloud-native integration solutions. Create and manage containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes, ensuring seamless deployment and orchestration. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code to build integration services. Develop integration flows and APIs using a mix of custom code in Java and Python, and Oracle Cloud native services. Ensure that integrations are designed with scalability, reliability, and fault tolerance in mind. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Proactively identify and resolve any issues related to the performance and reliability of integrations. Advocate for and implement best practices in cloud architecture, Kubernetes management, integration design, and coding. Ensure all solutions adhere to enterprise security policies and compliance requirements. Document all processes, designs, and deployments meticulously for future reference and for the use of other team members. Work closely with other developers, architects, and product teams to deliver end-to-end solutions. Provide technical guidance and support to other team members. Participate in code reviews, team meetings, and knowledge-sharing sessions. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Proven experience as an Integration Developer or similar role, with a focus on Kubernetes and microservices architecture. Strong programming skills and experience in languages such as Java, Python, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, Camel. In-depth knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and related container orchestration and management technologies. Familiarity with CI/CD tools and version control systems (e.g., Git, Jenkins). Solid understanding of network protocols, security principles, and cloud infrastructure. Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strong attention to detail. Nice to have Understanding of retail business processes. Experience with public clouds. Experience in test automation for unit and integration testing. What do we offer?
