What You'll Do
- Make 100+ outbound calls and emails each day to generate new business opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and schedule product demonstrations for Regional Sales Managers.
- Engage with inbound leads from web, phone, and email inquiries.
- Build relationships with healthcare organizations by identifying business challenges and uncovering opportunities.
- Keep Salesforce and other CRM tools up to date with accurate prospect information and activity.
- Collaborate closely with a high-performing sales team in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Continuously improve through coaching, Gong call reviews, role-playing, and hands-on training.
What We're Looking For
- 1+ year of outbound sales experience or completion of a college sales program or BDR/SDR certification.
- Comfortable making 100+ outbound calls each day.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Competitive, coachable, and eager to grow.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
- Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.
- Must be able to work a hybrid schedule in Kansas City, MO (Monday–Thursday in office, Friday remote).
