The Role
As a Director of Implementation, Enterprise and Commercial at Abridge, you will play a vital role in leading a team of implementers to ensure the satisfaction, implementation quality, and conversion of pilots within customer segments. You will work cross-functionally to drive product implementations and impactful outcomes.

- Drive team performance against KPIs including Implementation NPS, pilot conversions, and user activation.

Why This Role Matters As a Forward Deployed AI Product Manager at Iterative Health, you will work cross functionally to identify, build, and deploy AI-powered solutions that transform how clinical research operations are executed. This is a highly hands-on role that sits at the intersection of product, engineering, and operations.
