About the Role

We're building the foundation to optimize pricing, validate ROI, and scale monetization insights across the business. This role sits at the intersection of data, pricing, and go-to-market execution, ensuring our teams have the insights and tools needed to maximize revenue impact.

You'll join a growing Pricing & Monetization team at a pivotal time, shaping the data strategy that underpins how we price, package, and scale. Working cross-functionally with Product Ops, Sales, Data, and Business Value Consulting, you'll be the go-to expert for monetization analytics, dashboards, and pricing measurement frameworks.

What You'll Do

Data & Infrastructure

  • Build and maintain monetization-specific data models and dashboards in partnership with Product Ops and Data.

  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and aligned definitions across teams.

Pricing & ROI Measurement

  • Support BVC with pilot deal baselining using customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and revenue benchmarks.

  • Track and report on key pricing metrics such as ASP, attach rates, discount frequency, and sales motion efficiency.

  • Design automated alerts and exception reports to flag deal-level outliers.

Enablement & Self-Service

  • Automate data inputs for AE and SE self-service ROI calculators.

  • Provide ad-hoc analytical support for QBRs, vertical reviews, and strategic deep dives.

Strategy & Experimentation

  • Conduct vertical- and segment-level analysis to inform pricing strategy.

  • Support pricing tests and experiments with statistical rigor, ensuring reliable, actionable insights.

What You Bring

  • 5+ years of experience in pricing analytics or monetization analytics, ideally in software/SaaS or e-commerce.

  • Strong skills in data analysis, modeling, and dashboarding (SQL, Tableau, Looker, Power BI, or similar).

  • Experience with customer analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and financial modeling.

  • Proven ability to conduct rigorous statistical analysis and translate findings into actionable insights.

  • Excellent communication skills — able to simplify complex data for non-technical stakeholders.

  • Collaborative mindset with a track record of partnering across Product, Sales, and Data teams.
