About This Role

We’re seeking a Technical IT Project Manager to join APEX (Accelerating Productivity, Execution, and Excellence) within the Prism organization (IT, Security, and Governance). In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of mission-critical IT initiatives that enable Crusoe’s digital backbone to scale alongside our rapidly expanding data center footprint.

This is not a task-tracking role. You will serve as the connective tissue across IT, Security, and Enterprise Technology; ensuring technical rigor, operational discipline, and executive visibility across high-impact programs.

What You’ll Be Working On

  • Managing scope, schedule, budget, and resources for complex IT and security initiatives
  • Owning full lifecycle delivery from intake through deployment and post-launch stabilization
  • Proactively identifying delivery risks, system bottlenecks, and security remediation gaps while maintaining a clear single source of truth for mitigation plans
  • Coordinating change management and workforce communications to drive adoption of new systems and processes
  • Acting as the primary liaison across System Engineering, Enterprise Technology, Service Desk, and Security/GRC teams
  • Facilitating priority alignment with department leaders to ensure execution supports C-suite objectives
  • Managing vendor and SaaS procurement cycles in partnership with stakeholders
  • Implementing and refining Agile governance processes, including standardized Jira structures for Initiatives, Epics, and Tasks
  • Providing executive-ready dashboards and reporting for the CTO and senior leadership, highlighting critical path items and value capture metrics

What You’ll Bring to the Team

  • 10+ years of experience managing complex IT infrastructure or security programs in high-growth environments
  • Expert-level proficiency in Jira and Confluence, with experience designing structured boards that support both granular execution and executive reporting
  • Strong technical foundation in at least two core areas such as cloud architecture (GCP/Azure), Zero Trust/Identity (Okta), secrets management (Vault), or enterprise systems (Oracle/Acumatica)
  • Proven ability to translate technical blockers into concise, business-impact summaries for leadership
  • Strong risk management instincts with a proactive, no surprises operating style

Compensation Range

Compensation will be paid in the range of up to $180,000 - $200,000 plus bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation will be determined by the applicant’s knowledge, education, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
