About the Role

A Vendor Manager is responsible for fostering relationships with third-party maintenance vendors across a portfolio of single-family homes. The role focuses on managing vendor networks for Repairs and Maintenance (R&M), Turn, and Renovation services while optimizing KPI performance and SLA adherence through strategic and data-driven management.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and nurturing mutually beneficial relationships with third-party maintenance vendors
  • Building and managing a vendor network that meets R&M, Turn, and Renovation operational demands
  • Driving vendor performance against established KPIs and ensuring SLA adherence
  • Driving adoption of the vendor portal
  • Utilizing reporting and analytics to support data-driven decisions
