About the Role

A Vendor Manager is responsible for fostering mutually beneficial relationships with third-party maintenance vendors across a portfolio of single-family homes. The role focuses on building and managing a vendor network supporting Repairs and Maintenance (R&M), Turn, and Renovation services while optimizing performance against KPIs and ensuring adherence to SLAs.
