CI Azumano is seeking an Operations Manager, Government to support its growing remote team.

Description

The Operations Manager functions as the subject-matter expert for assigned government contracted accounts and must be fully knowledgeable of all contract requirements, provisions, and service details. The role works closely with Team Leads to build a cohesive team culture and support their professional development.

Responsibilities

  • Work under the direction of the Director of Government Client Services to establish individual and team performance goals and develop plans for tracking and reporting goal achievement.
  • Serve as a problem-solving resource and trainer for team members.
  • Ensure Team Leads perform required monthly agent call monitoring.
  • Serve as Government Department technical subject matter expert (SME) when implementing new client service programs.
  • Oversee weekly/monthly agent scheduling to ensure proper telephone coverage for assigned accounts.
  • Approve Team Lead timesheets and ensure agent timesheets are corrected and approved timely.
  • Collaborate with management to assess team strengths and development needs.
  • Monitor service delivery and identify need for supervisory intervention related to products, services, or performance.
  • Provide ongoing written performance assessments, quarterly feedback, and annual review input.
  • Provide required monthly client reports, including CBA reconciliation reporting, telephone reporting, and refund/exchange reporting.

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 5 or more years of corporate or government travel consulting experience
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with technical and non-technical users across different organizational levels
  • Strong knowledge of Worldspan and SABRE
