CI Azumano is seeking an Operations Manager, Government to support our growing team. This position is remote.
The Operations Manager functions as the subject-matter expert for assigned government contracted accounts and must be fully knowledgeable of all contract requirements, provisions, and service details. The role works closely with Team Leads to build a cohesive team culture and support professional development.
Responsibilities
- Establish individual and team performance goals and develop plans for tracking and reporting performance
- Serve as a problem-solving resource and trainer for team members
- Ensure monthly agent call monitoring is completed by Team Leads
- Act as Government Department technical SME for implementation of new client service programs
- Oversee agent scheduling and ensure proper telephone coverage for assigned contracts
- Approve Team Lead time sheets and ensure timely correction and approval of agent time sheets
- Assess team strengths and challenges to support professional development
- Monitor service delivery and identify need for supervisory intervention
- Provide quarterly feedback and annual performance review input
- Prepare and deliver monthly client reports including CBA reconciliation, telephone, and refund/exchange reporting
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 5 or more years of corporate or government travel consulting experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
