The Microbiologist/Lab and QMS Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks associated with quality management, quality assurance, and general laboratory practices that encompass both molecular and traditional/conventional laboratory techniques. The SME will provide expert collective training support to the Military Intelligence Readiness Command (MIRC) Headquarters in the development, management, coordination, execution, and assessment of collective training programs for Army Reserve Intelligence forces. This position supports intelligence readiness across multiple disciplines, including Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), All-Source Intelligence, Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), and Counterintelligence (CI).
