Position Overview
We are hiring a Project Coordinator to support project execution, documentation, and communication across multiple high-end residential projects.
This is a highly computer-based, detail-driven role—not a traditional field-heavy project management position. Success comes from being organized, tech-savvy, responsive, and adaptable, with the ability to learn quickly and manage multiple priorities.
You will work directly with a Senior Project Manager (hands-on training provided) and play a key role in change orders, project coordination, and communication.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate projects from pre-construction/estimating through completion
- Manage and track change orders (a key driver of project profitability)
- Maintain project documentation, budgets, schedules, and records
- Communicate with builders, clients, and internal teams
- Support projects transitioning from estimating into execution
- Utilize CAD, Microsoft Outlook, and project management tools daily
- Attend occasional local meetings with clients or at job sites (typically within 10–15 minutes of the office)
