This role owns proactive sourcing and top-of-funnel pipeline strategy for clinical roles including Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants across a growing studio footprint. The position combines advanced sourcing techniques, CRM campaign management, Greenhouse ATS administration, and recruiting analytics to build and maintain high-quality, diverse clinical talent pipelines.
What You'll Do
Clinical Sourcing & Pipeline Building
- Own proactive sourcing strategy for Dentists, Hygienists, and Dental Assistants across studio markets, building diverse and qualified pipelines aligned with growth plans.
- Use advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, dental school databases, association directories, niche job boards, and creative channels to identify passive candidates.
- Qualify leads and transition high-potential candidates to recruiters with clear context and warm handoffs.
- Craft personalized outreach messaging and continuously test and refine communication to improve response and conversion rates.
CRM Strategy, Campaigns & Nurture
- Own the clinical CRM, including segmentation of talent pools and development of nurture campaigns.
- Design and execute multi-touch outreach sequences informed by response and conversion data.
- Import, tag, and segment external contact lists from databases, associations, events, and other sources.
- Maintain clean, well-tagged candidate data to enable accurate pipeline reporting and market insights.
Greenhouse Administration & ATS Management
- Serve as a Greenhouse power user and administrator, managing job templates, scorecards, workflows, permissions, and dashboards.
- Ensure ATS data integrity and consistent stage movement across candidates.
- Build and maintain recruiting reports tracking pipeline health, sourcing effectiveness, conversion rates, and time-to-fill.
- Support optimization of sourcing and recruitment technologies.
Operational Effectiveness & Team Support
- Monitor dental talent market trends, compensation data, and competitor activity to inform hiring strategy.
- Contribute to a high-quality, data-driven recruiting culture.
What You Have
- 3+ years of sourcing or talent acquisition experience with ownership of proactive pipeline building.
- Deep CRM experience including segmentation, nurture campaigns, multi-touch sequences, external data uploads, and engagement tracking.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities including Boolean search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Greenhouse experience as both user and administrator.
- Experience building dashboards and interpreting funnel metrics.
- Strong written communication skills for outreach and reporting.
- Ability to operate independently in a remote environment.
Highly Preferred Experience
