Qualifications - 8+ years of professional experience in Enterprise IT, with a history of owning and evolving core infrastructure. - Expertise in managing macOS and Windows environments, including the implementation of MDM solutions (e.g., Jamf, Kandji, or ManageEngine). - Deep proficiency with Identity & Access Management (IAM) platforms like Okta, including familiarity with authentication protocols such as OIDC and OAuth2. - Demonstrated ability to manage secure networking infrastructure (firewalls, switches, wireless technology) and endpoint protection services. - Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to IT management, including reporting on budget utilization, hardware lifecycle, and service metrics. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (e.g., InfoSec, HR) to ensure security and compliance posture (e.g., VPN, SASE, CASB). - Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - A track record of mentoring team members and providing strategic technical guidance. - Experience tracking requests using ticketing systems such as JIRA. - Extensive experience with owning and managing Google Workspace, including user administration, security configurations, and group policies. - Previous experience working within a startup environment. - Strong experience with documentation and technical writing, including the ability to hold teams accountable for the development and maintenance of technical documentation.
