About the Role
CSC Generation is growing its legal team to keep pace with an expanding portfolio of brands and increasing transactional complexity. As Corporate Counsel / Sr. Corporate Counsel, you will serve as a trusted advisor across multiple business units, handling commercial contracts, real estate agreements, M&A support, and litigation management.
In your first 6–12 months, success means owning your contracting workflow end-to-end, building strong relationships with business stakeholders across brands, and becoming the go-to legal resource for day-to-day commercial and operational matters.
This is a lean team. You will own a lot, move fast, and make decisions with full end-to-end responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Support M&A transactions and joint ventures, including due diligence and deal documentation
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements including vendor, supplier, marketing/advertising, licensing, and IT contracts
- Assist with procurement, compliance, and human capital management
- Draft and negotiate real estate agreements across the brand portfolio
- Advise business teams on operations, initiatives, and risk across multiple brands
- Manage and improve contract lifecycle processes and templates
- Work cross-functionally across the legal department and multiple business units to deliver practical legal guidance
Required Qualifications
- JD degree and active license to practice law
- 3+ years of relevant legal experience, including in M&A, commercial contracting, and/or real estate
- Experience in one or more of the following: intellectual property, data privacy, marketing/advertising, and/or litigation
- Prior in-house experience (particularly at a public company) and/or law firm experience
- Ability to leverage artificial intelligence in your day-to-day work
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across all levels of the organization
