Job Summary

The Sales Associate delivers an outstanding sales and service experience to all guests and members. This role involves building strong relationships, promoting studio memberships and retail products, and ensuring a welcoming and engaging environment. The position plays a key role in guest conversions, member retention, and fostering a strong community.

This is a part-time weekend position.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Guest Experience & New Membership Enrollment

  • Execute the relationship-based sales model and connect services to guest needs and goals.
  • Tour potential members through the studio and present facilities, services, and amenities.
  • Communicate membership options clearly and concisely.
  • Enroll guests using company sales techniques and protocol.
  • Onboard new members and support retention activities.

Prospecting & Lead Generation

  • Schedule appointments and follow up on leads and new business opportunities.
  • Promote marketing campaigns and special offers.
  • Manage leads using company software and perform daily outreach activities.

Member Experience

  • Partner with the Studio Manager to ensure a member-centric experience.
  • Provide a friendly check-in process and address inquiries professionally.
  • Build strong relationships with members and act as a resource.
  • Clean and sanitize suites and maintain overall studio cleanliness according to standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Current AED/First Aid/CPR certification (preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or customer service with relationship-based selling.
  • Reliable transportation to the studio.

Physical Requirements & Work Environment

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to squat, bend, reach, stand for prolonged periods, and walk.
  • Exposure to cleaning chemicals and sanitizing agents.
  • Comfortable administering CPR/AED protocols.
