We are looking for a Call Center Agent to join our growing team. In this role, you will help existing customers make changes to their current insurance policies from one of 55+ insurance carrier partners, supporting them with enthusiasm and care.

How You Will Make an Impact

• Respond to inbound calls from existing customers
• Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, and sending policy documents
• Assist customers with questions regarding coverages, policy benefits, and policy changes
• Retain policyholders by actively finding solutions for customers at risk of cancellation

Who You Are

• Ability to multitask and manage multiple competing priorities
• Passionate about helping others
• 2+ years of experience in a call center environment

Compensation and Perks

• Hourly wage: $19.00 - 21.00
• P&C license paid by the company (expected within 60 days after starting)

The starting pay will fall within the listed range based on job-related factors such as skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. Compensation may include equity grants. The comprehensive benefits package includes health, dental, and vision coverage, paid time off, paid parental leave, a 401(K) plan with employer matching, and wellness benefits. Equity opportunities may also be part of the total rewards package. Certain benefits may not apply to part-time, contract, or freelance roles.
