About the Role
We are looking for a Mid-level QA Engineer / Test Analyst to join an international product-focused technology organization developing digital platforms and business-critical solutions used across multiple European markets.
The successful candidate will become part of a cross-functional product team and will be responsible for ensuring high product quality through a combination of manual testing, test automation, and quality-driven collaboration. We are specifically looking for a professional who has hands-on experience in both manual and automated testing and is comfortable working throughout the entire software delivery lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Manual Testing & Quality Assurance
Design, write, and execute test scenarios using BDD/Gherkin approach.
Perform exploratory and functional testing.
Identify, analyze, document, and prioritize defects.
Support test environment management and validation activities.
Test Automation
Design, develop, and maintain automated test scenarios.
Build and enhance regression test suites.
Contribute to automation strategy and continuous quality improvements.
Ensure test automation is aligned with business and user journeys.
Quality & Collaboration
Participate in Agile ceremonies and quality-focused workshops.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and other stakeholders.
Provide quality reports and testing insights.
Promote shift-left testing practices and continuous improvement.
Required Experience
Minimum 3 years of commercial experience in software testing.
