About the Role
We are looking for a QA Engineer to join a cross-functional product team. You will ensure high-quality delivery by combining manual testing, product-focused automation, and system thinking. You will help catch issues early and contribute to end-to-end product quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manual Testing: Write and execute manual test scenarios using Gherkin (BDD style), identify and analyze bugs.

  • Test Automation & Regression: Design, develop, and maintain automated regression scenarios; implement product-oriented automated tests.

  • Quality Reporting & Strategy: Provide clear quality reports and contribute to improving quality practices.

  • Collaboration & Knowledge Sharing: Participate in quality ceremonies (Bug Triage, 3 Amigos), share best practices within the team.

Required Skills & Expertise

  • Strong experience in manual and automated testing (Java + Cucumber ecosystem).

  • Familiar with DevSecOps / CI/CD approaches (Jenkins, GitLab CI).

  • Experience with BDD / scenario writing (product-centric).

  • Agile methodology experience; ISTQB/TMAP certification is a plus.

  • Analytical mindset, system thinking, proactive problem-solving.

  • Ability to work in complex projects and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
