We are looking for a Senior QA Automation Engineer to join an international technology project delivered for a large enterprise organization. The role focuses on building and maintaining automated testing solutions for complex systems while collaborating closely with development teams and business stakeholders. The successful candidate will work on test automation in Java, contribute to the evolution of a custom internal automation framework, and support the delivery of high-quality software across multiple system components and integrations.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain automated tests using Java.
Contribute to the development and improvement of the internal test automation framework.
Design, document, and maintain test scenarios and test cases.
Execute component, system, and integration tests to ensure software quality.
Perform manual testing when necessary.
Manage test execution, defects, and documentation using Jira and Confluence.
Collaborate closely with developers, analysts, and business stakeholders to ensure high-quality delivery.
Participate in testing activities throughout the software development lifecycle.
Requirements:
Strong Java programming skills.
Commercial experience with test automation frameworks.
Solid understanding of test design techniques and test management practices.
Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence.
Experience working with both automated and manual testing.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent English (B2+/C1).
Nice to Have:
Experience working with integration-heavy or event-driven systems.
Background in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Freight Forwarding systems.
