You will assist in the execution of a variety of GameOps activities, including (but not limited to):
In-app promotions and engagement events
Sales and special offers
Community content
Push notifications, emails, and external communications
New content launches and feature announcements
Retention campaigns and player journey support
You will also:
Help prepare campaign assets and configuration details
Perform QA checks to ensure smooth and error-free execution
Support the setup and monitoring of A/B tests
Collaborate with team members to collect and organize campaign results
Learn and work with internal tools to help manage campaigns efficiently
You’ll be encouraged to share ideas, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with multiple teams across the company, including Art, Product, Customer Support, and Analytics.
