About the Role
This position is responsible for supporting the execution of sweepstakes campaigns, promotional events, and player lifecycle initiatives on the platform. The role will directly drive player acquisition, engagement, and conversion through the successful execution of sweepstakes campaigns, including no-purchase-necessary promotions, limited-time offers (LTOs), coin bundle events, and seasonal sweepstakes activations. Working closely with Product Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Compliance teams, this hire will help ensure the Sweepstakes campaign calendar is executed seamlessly while contributing to improvements in key metrics such as pMAU, depositor conversion rate, and D30 retention.
Responsibilities
- Plan and manage sweepstakes player acquisition, engagement, and retention campaigns (emails, push notifications, in-app campaigns, sweepstakes entry promotions, and coin bundle offers).
- Develop limited-time sweepstakes offers, prize-based promotions, and seasonal sweepstakes events to drive player activity and coin purchases.
- Maintain the sweepstakes campaign calendar and ensure timely, error-free, and compliant execution of all events.
- Use data insights and analytics to optimize sweepstakes campaigns and proactively recommend improvements to engagement and monetization mechanics.
- Run A/B tests on sweepstakes campaign mechanics, entry offers, and prize structures; track key metrics and deliver actionable results.
- Collaborate with Analytics, Product, Design, and Legal/Compliance teams to integrate sweepstakes campaigns seamlessly and ensure regulatory adherence.

Experience
