Summary

The role focuses on supporting portfolio simplification and cost reduction initiatives by ensuring data accuracy, handling stakeholder queries, and maintaining system updates.

Main Responsibilities

·        Support portfolio simplification and cost reduction initiatives by maintaining accurate data, tracking rationalization and decommissioning candidates, and following up on agreed actions.

·        Assist in responding to queries from Regional and Affiliate stakeholders regarding data collection and status updates.

·        Validate, clean, and analyze incoming data to ensure accuracy and consistency.

·        Support portfolio system updates and documentation to ensure accurate and up‑to‑date portfolio overviews.

·        When necessary, assist with ServiceNow updates to reflect progress, actions taken, and outstanding issues.

·        Monitor identified prospects and follow up on potential decommissions, coordinating with relevant teams to confirm retirements.

·        Support Regional and Affiliate stakeholders with portfolio data requests and status clarifications.

Communication and Stakeholder interaction:

Authorized to collect, validate, clean, analyze, and maintain IO digital portfolio data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness across regions and affiliates.

Key Requirements

·       Structured and disciplined, able to manage data collection, follow‑ups, and documentation across multiple stakeholders and systems.

·       Collaborative and service‑minded, comfortable supporting regional and affiliate stakeholders with data requests, status clarifications, and portfolio insights.

·       Proactive and reliable, taking ownership of tasks and follow‑ups to ensure progress on simplification, rationalization, and decommissioning activities.

·       Education in Business Administration.
