Job Description

Responsible for the processing of FX Spot, Forward, Time Options, Currency Time Deposits and all Currency Option contracts. Ensure timely confirmation and settlement of trades along with preparation of management reports. Provide client service support for the bank’s online FX trading portal.

Responsibilities

  • Confirm and process FX, Currency Option trades and Currency Time deposits with complete accuracy
  • Review Online FX Portal trade activity
  • Ensure all trades are confirmed via SWIFT, email or callback as necessary
  • Set up and maintain customer data on SPECTRUM including Standard Settlement Instructions
  • Monitor confirmation status on unmatched deals
  • Attach payment instructions to each trade
  • Generate payment jobs for all SWIFT and CHIPS payments
  • Confirm new or changed customer payment instructions via callback
  • Interact with traders, departments, external banks, brokers, and customers
  • Maintain documentation, daily statistics, and logs
  • Trace unconfirmed forward deals in a timely manner
  • Assist in training co-workers
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Investigate FX breaks and FX payments
  • Maintain GAP report

Qualifications

  • 3–5 years experience in FX trade and FX Option processing
  • Full knowledge of SWIFT message confirmation and payment types
  • Knowledge of ISO20022 formats
  • Knowledge of Spectrum system
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Compensation & Benefits

The expected annual salary range is $90,000–$105,000, determined based on skills and experience. Responsibilities Develop and maintain robust financial models to evaluate revenue performance, key business metrics, and strategic growth initiatives Prepare and present monthly reports to key business stakeholders, offering clear insights and transparency into financial performance Support the automation and accuracy of reports as the company builds out an EDW and implements Adaptive Insights Provide strategic analysis and actionable recommendations to support decision-making across the business Enhance forecast accuracy through deep understanding of financial and operational drivers Strengthen financial infrastructure and reporting processes to support scalability, efficiency, and accuracy Foster strong collaboration between finance and business partners; work closely with operational teams to define department-level KPIs and identify opportunities for performance improvement Contribute to high-impact financial initiatives, including board materials, investor communications, and other core finance functions What We're Looking For Required Qualifications 2–3 years of experience in investment banking, consulting, or in a corporate finance / FP&A related role at a high-growth startup Strong financial modeling, analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail Familiarity with accounting principles and financial reporting Demonstrated interest in corporate finance and business operations Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with strong presentation skills and the ability to communicate financial insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Proven ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects High level of ownership and a desire to learn and grow Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with accounting systems (e.g., NetSuite) Accounting experience or relevant certification (e.g., working towards CFA certification) New York pay range$95,000—$120,000 USDAt Iterative Health, we're actively working towards creating an environment that is representative of the diversity of patients our technology serves.
