Description

Career Team is looking to hire a WIOA Program Lead who will be responsible for all coordination of assigned programs and management of services within those programs. The role includes implementation of policies and procedures and analysis of workforce activities to evaluate compliance with contract requirements. This position works under the Project Director and is 100% onsite.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and implement a quality management model for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction
  • Manage and lead program staff to meet or exceed performance goals
  • Ensure thorough and accurate case file reviews and prevent disallowed costs

  • Identify and maintain community partnerships

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Social Services or related field, or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of proven management skills
  • Minimum of five years of supervisory or management experience

  • Strong customer service and performance management knowledge
  • Experience in training and coaching/mentoring
