About the Role

As an Associate Director US, Enterprise Partnerships, you will own and expand strategic Enterprise merchant relationships across the retail, eCommerce, and payments ecosystem. This role goes far beyond day-to-day management; you will act as a strategic advisor, leveraging a global BNPL platform, data insights, and marketing capabilities to drive measurable growth and innovation for enterprise merchants.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives spanning marketing, product, data, and operations to deliver solutions that improve conversion, unlock incremental revenue, and deepen customer engagement. The role requires commercial acumen, analytical insight, and the ability to operate as a trusted partner to C-suite stakeholders.

You'll Change the Game By

  • Owning and expanding a portfolio of high-value enterprise partnerships, driving growth across GMV, profitability, transaction volume, and new user acquisition.
  • Developing strategic account plans grounded in data and market intelligence, with clear performance targets and co-marketing activations.
  • Shaping omnichannel payment strategies by integrating BNPL capabilities across online, in-store, and mobile channels.
  • Leading joint business reviews (QBRs) and presenting actionable insights, performance metrics, benchmarking trends, and strategic recommendations.
  • Driving cross-sell and up-sell motions by aligning solutions such as BNPL, Pin8, marketing placements, and consumer insights with merchant needs.
  • Partnering internally with product, analytics, and marketing teams to identify feature opportunities and resolve friction points.
  • Collaborating with global teams to scale best practices and ensure delivery excellence.
  • Managing commercial renewals and contract negotiations.
  • Leveraging AI-powered insights and predictive analytics to forecast performance and personalize partnership strategies.

What You'll Bring to the Team

  • 12+ years of strategic account management experience, including 7+ years in eCommerce.
  • Experience managing enterprise-scale partnerships in fintech, payments, or eCommerce.
  • Proven revenue growth and executive stakeholder influence in matrixed, global environments.
  • Deep knowledge of BNPL, digital payments, retail tech ecosystems, checkout optimization, and consumer financing.
  • Experience executing omnichannel commercial strategies, including cross-sell and upsell initiatives.
  • Strong analytical and presentation skills with data-driven storytelling capabilities.
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Data, Marketing, and Operations teams.
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce), forecasting, pipeline management, and executive-level deal documentation.
  • Hands-on experience with AI tools and platforms to automate insights and personalize engagement strategies.
  • Experience operating in high-growth, matrixed environments.
  • Strong understanding of AI tools and technologies applied to daily workflows.

Compensation

The annual base pay for this position is $131,000–$164,000 USD. In addition, you will be eligible for a 30% commission aligned with the base pay range, resulting in on-target earnings of $170,300–$208,000 USD. The total compensation package may also include bonus and/or equity awards and a full range of medical and financial benefits.

Employment is at-will, and compensation may be modified based on individual or company performance and market factors.
