About The Position

Clinical Architecture is seeking a Social Media and Content Strategist to join the Marketing team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This hands-on role leads the organization’s social media presence and develops engaging digital content that advances brand awareness, thought leadership, and audience engagement. The position supports digital marketing initiatives that elevate visibility, strengthen industry positioning, and drive long-term business growth.

This role reports to the VP, Marketing and is based on-site at the Carmel, IN headquarters five days a week, with flexibility when needed to ensure work-life balance and uninterrupted business operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the organization's social media presence, developing content and campaigns to support brand awareness, audience engagement, thought leadership, and lead generation.
  • Develop digital content by translating subject matter expertise and marketing assets into engaging content across social media, email marketing, the website, and other digital channels.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns that amplify thought leadership content and support lead generation objectives.
  • Monitor competitor activity, industry developments, and emerging trends to inform content and campaign strategy.
  • Analyze marketing campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements to increase engagement and growth.
  • Support promotion of participation in tradeshows, conferences, webinars, and other industry events through digital marketing and social media.
  • Stay current on digital marketing best practices, social media trends, content marketing strategies, and marketing technologies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in social media, content marketing, digital marketing, or related role.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, engaging content.
  • Demonstrated experience managing social media channels and executing digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot and either Adobe Creative Suite or Canva.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Experience in healthcare IT, healthcare software, or other B2B technology industries preferred.
