As we grow our service division, we are looking for a highly organized, customer-focused Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) to play a key role in driving efficient scheduling, technician utilization, and service operations performance.
Position Summary
The Sr. Service Coordinator (HVAC Dispatch) is a key operations role responsible for coordinating service technicians, managing incoming service requests, organizing job documentation, and ensuring efficient daily workflow within the department. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced service environment.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate, schedule, and prioritize incoming service calls and work orders
- Dispatch technicians and monitor schedules for daily efficiency
- Communicate job updates and changes with field technicians
- Handle customer calls, emails, and service inquiries
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and digital job files
- Assist with invoicing and attaching required documentation
- Support service leadership with reports, planning, and workflow improvements
