Lead Tester - Payroll & Time Management (h/f)

Introduction & Summary

We are seeking an experienced Lead Tester to support a major HR and Payroll transformation initiative. This role requires a strong background in Payroll systems testing, particularly in managing the validation and transition to a cloud-based Payroll platform.

Main Responsibilities

The Lead Tester will ensure comprehensive validation of all Payroll and Time & Attendance processes prior to go-live.

• Define test strategy.
• Prepare test plans.
• Design test scenarios.
• Execute functional testing.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Validate Payroll calculations.
• Validate Time & Attendance processes.
• Ensure end-to-end process quality.
• Track and resolve defects.
• Support Go-Live activities.

Key Requirements

• Previous Payroll systems testing experience.
• Experience with HRIS, Payroll or Time & Attendance solutions.
• Strong functional testing background.
• Experience leading UAT.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proficiency in French and English.

Nice to Have

• SAP Payroll experience.
• Sage Payroll experience.
• Familiarity with test management tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, HP ALM, etc.).
