Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Test Analyst to join a delivery team working on a customer-facing portal and associated CRM backend systems. The successful candidate will work closely with a highly experienced Test Manager, contributing to high-quality testing across web and CRM platforms within a collaborative and intuitive testing environment.

This role suits someone who is comfortable operating independently, can quickly understand requirements, and enjoys working within a structured but supportive test function.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and document test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios

  • Perform functional, system, integration, and regression testing

  • Carry out testing across web-based applications and CRM systems

  • Actively participate in defect identification, logging, tracking, and re-testing

  • Work closely with developers, business analysts, and the Test Manager to ensure quality outcomes

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes and standards

  • Create and validate test data and data integrity between front end and back-end systems

  • Participate in User Acceptance Testing support

  • Assist in improving QA processes and documentation

  • Development and refinement of regression test packs

Key Requirements

  • 3+ years’ experience in a professional Test Analyst / Software Tester role

  • ISTQB Qualified

  • Strong experience in web application testing

  • Proven experience testing CRM platforms

  • Solid understanding of the software testing lifecycle (STLC)

  • Experience working from business and technical requirements

  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills

  • Excellent organization and time management skills

The person in this role will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of SAP software applications through comprehensive testing. This position involves collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop and execute effective test strategies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our business-critical applications. Responsibilities Develop and execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate software quality. Identify, document, and report software defects, collaborating with developers to facilitate timely resolution. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement test strategies. Perform functional, integration, regression, and performance testing of SAP applications. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to SAP software applications. Create and maintain documentation for testing processes, defect tracking, and resolutions. Qualifications Demonstrated knowledge and experience in testing within the SAP environment. In-depth understanding of mapping tests in solution documentation and test suites using SAP Solution Manager. Project experience related to UKA (business-critical applications) in an RU context. Basic practical experience in SAP modules, like MM, PM, PP. Experience in maintaining test scripts and managing error cases. Knowledge of IT Service Management principles and practices. Nice to have: valid certification in IT Service Management according to Information Technology Infrastructure standards. Fluent proficiency in English. Knowledge of German is considered an advantage.
