Purpose of the position
In this role, you will be part of an Agile team creating software solutions supporting advanced hearing instrument systems. You will combine software development and product design responsibilities to ensure both high-quality implementation and outstanding user experience.
You will be involved in the full product lifecycle — from understanding user needs, shaping intuitive user interfaces, and designing experiences, to implementing, testing, and maintaining software solutions. The position requires close cooperation with all Agile roles in the team and stakeholders in a multisite, cross-cultural setup.

What tasks are waiting for you?
Develop and implement high-quality software solutions
Design intuitive user interfaces and contribute to improving overall product experience
Collaborate closely with agile developers and product stakeholders
Participate in agile ceremonies and planning within the Agile Release Train (SAFe framework)
Conduct code reviews and contribute to team quality standards
Execute tests and ensure software quality according to established processes
Review and provide input to artifacts and development decisions
Solve software issues and continuously improve solutions
Stay updated on new technologies, tools, and design trends
Look for opportunities to implement GenAI solutions to support team and project
Work on ideas for improvements and innovations
It would be great if you have
A degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Design, or a related field
2+ years of experience in software development (C#/.NET preferred)
2+ years of experience in UI/UX design and user-centered design approaches
Practical experience with Figma, design systems
Experience working with modern UI technologies (e.g., WPF and/or Web technologies, like Blazor)
Understanding of the full software development lifecycle
Experience in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe, Kanban)
Ability to translate user needs into effective product solutions
Strong attention to quality, usability, and detail
Fluent English skills (written and spoken)
Motivation to continuously develop both technical and design skills
