Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/LLM use cases, from requirements and POCs to MVPs. Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems, including SAP (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP BTP), aligning with existing processes and architecture. Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, providing updates, demos, and maintaining transparent communication. Document technical and business requirements, including data flows, transformations, and AI outputs. Coordinate developers, architects, designers, and data teams to ensure solutions meet expectations. Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritizing effectively and ensuring smooth execution. Support operational readiness until formal support structures are in place. Qualifications & Experience: 5+ years in product management, technical program management, or engineering leadership. Solid technical understanding of GenAI / LLMs, multi-component architectures, AI agents, and vector databases. Experience integrating AI solutions with SAP, including data extraction, API/OData integrations, and working with SAP functional/technical teams. Exceptional stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior executives. Proven track record coordinating complex technical deliveries and removing roadblocks proactively.
