Procuramos um(a) Data Product Owner para liderar iniciativas de transformação digital e evolução de produtos de dados numa organização em fase de modernização tecnológica.

Esta pessoa será responsável por criar a ponte entre negócio e tecnologia, ajudando a estruturar processos, definir prioridades, introduzir práticas agile e acelerar a adoção de ferramentas e formas de trabalho mais digitais.

Não procuramos apenas alguém técnico — procuramos alguém pragmático, orientado a impacto e confortável em ambientes com baixa maturidade tecnológica e elevada ambiguidade.

Responsabilidades

  • Liderar iniciativas de transformação digital e produtos de dados

  • Trabalhar com stakeholders de diferentes áreas para identificar necessidades e oportunidades

  • Definir, organizar e gerir backlog de iniciativas

  • Traduzir requisitos de negócio em user stories e entregáveis claros

  • Coordenar equipas técnicas e funcionais garantindo alinhamento e execução

  • Introduzir e consolidar práticas Agile/Scrum/Kanban

  • Estruturar documentação funcional e operacional em Jira e Confluence
