Summary: The Principal IT Business Partnering Lead acts as the primary strategic interface between the IT organization and key business functions (such as R&D, Clinical, or Quality). Key Requirements:

Exceptional negotiation and influencing skills, with the ability to manage expectations and drive consensus among senior leadership.

Main Responsibilities:
Serve as the strategic point of contact for business leaders to identify technology needs and opportunities for digital transformation.
Develop and maintain multi-year IT investment roadmaps that align with the specific needs of the Life Science business units.
Advocate for business requirements within the IT organization to ensure that delivered solutions are fit-for-purpose and compliant.
Lead the creation of robust business cases, ensuring that all IT initiatives demonstrate a clear Return on Investment (ROI) and impact on patient outcomes.
